Manu Wairua (Wings Trust) aspires to design a facility that best supports tangata whaiora through their healing process. The community centre is a spatial opportunity to bring together staff headquarters, wrap-around support services, and larger gathering spaces to host tangata whaiora and community-related events. Manu Wairua has a vision for the space that allows their tangata whaiora to freely express themselves, enhance their sense of belonging, and lead lives with self-determination.
